Problem
Three shifts are happening at once. Cryptographic standards are changing. Autonomous systems are increasing transaction volume and policy complexity. Shared execution environments are becoming coordination bottlenecks.
Architecture
Four layers first: coordination protocol; post-quantum identity and sessions; agent policy and execution; native assets and provenance. Proprietary names (QronGraph, ZAXON, ZNA, and others) are implementations of those layers.
Differentiation
Post-quantum primitives are designed into the protocol libraries from the start. Parallel DAG coordination aims to reduce global-state contention. Agent policy and selective disclosure are treated as substrate concerns, not app add-ons.
Real status
Private pre-testnet. Protocol libraries and internal validation exist. Public testnet, reproducible public benchmarks, and independent audits remain pending. Do not treat design targets as measured production results.
Risks
Execution risk on consensus and PQ performance under load. Productization risk before external validators. Governance and legal entity still in formation. Narrative risk if marketing outruns validation.

Next gates
Local/devnet validation completion, partner pilots under NDA where applicable, then a path to public external-validator testnet. Gates are tracked on the Evidence map and roadmap — not as launch promises.

Protocol lead: Juan Tapia (Encrypia Labs). Named public owners per specialty area are not published yet; coverage labels are disclosed without inventing a permanent roster. Zeqron Foundation site is in formation.
