7. Threat-model posture (summary)

Full threat model lives in protocol RFCs / internal security notes. Public posture for diligence:

In scope for libraries: PQ signature/KEM misuse, consensus equivocation handling, attestation forgery resistance (design aims).
Out of scope until public net: live network DoS, economic attack measurement on mainnet, third-party deployment hygiene.
Assumptions: NIST PQ parameter sets as specified; STARK path without trusted setup ceremony — other crypto/implementation assumptions documented separately.

8. Open risks (explicit)

No public reproducible benchmarks yet.
No named external audit yet.
Economic parameters are under simulation and may change.
Foundation legal entity not incorporated; Encrypia Labs operates development.

No production network, public TPS, or live finality measurements.
No “full-stack PQ certified”, “enterprise ready”, or “compliance-ready” product claims.
No “only known” PQ mathematics; no “zero trust assumptions” for the full system.
No generational ranking that declares Bitcoin/Ethereum “obsolete/saturated”.
No Swiss / foreign foundation incorporation asserted until legally formed.
Industry showcases (multi-sector simulations) are illustrative / private — not deployments.
